- Answers to questions are sent as soon as they are ready, usually within a minute.
- Proof of an archana (photograph or video) is sent within 48 hours of the pooja, usually the same day.
- Written pandit work (jathagam, porutham, muhurtham) is sent as a PDF within the time stated at booking, normally 3 working days.

If a message does not arrive, send resend on WhatsApp or write to advocateproind@gmail.com.
Prasadam by post
Some temples offer to send prasadam from the pooja. Where this is offered it is shown as an option at booking, with its charge.
| Destination | Carrier | Usual time after the pooja | Charge |
|---|---|---|---|
| Within India | India Post Speed Post or a courier | 7 to 15 working days | Shown at booking |
| Outside India | India Post International or a courier, where the destination country permits food items | 15 to 30 working days | Shown at booking |
- The tracking number is sent on WhatsApp when the parcel is dispatched.
- Prasadam is dry (vibhuti, kumkum, turmeric, dried items) unless the temple states otherwise. Customs rules in some countries do not allow food items; where that applies we say so before you pay.
- If a parcel is lost in transit, we resend it or refund the prasadam charge, at your choice. We cannot refund a parcel refused or returned by customs for a reason outside our control, but we will tell you what happened.
- Delivery addresses are used only to send the parcel and are not kept after delivery is confirmed.
Cancellations and refunds for prasadam follow the cancellation and refund policy.
