Consent notice
This is the notice we give you before asking for your consent, as section 5 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rule 3 of the DPDP Rules, 2025 require. It stands on its own, so that you can understand it without reading anything else. The same notice is sent to you on WhatsApp, in your language, before we ask for your birth details.

What we are asking for, and why

We will use this data only for these purposes, and only for as long as needed for them. We will not sell it or use it for advertising. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
Your choice
Giving consent is voluntary. Without your birth details we cannot prepare your chart or the daily guide, but you can still book an archana by giving only a name, star and gothram.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: send stop on WhatsApp to stop all messages, or delete my data to withdraw consent and have your data erased. Withdrawal does not affect anything done lawfully before it. Instructions are on the data deletion page.
Your rights
You may ask to see your data, correct it, erase it, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. Message us on WhatsApp from your registered number or write to advocateproind@gmail.com.
Complaints
First write to our Grievance Officer, Raj Kumar, at advocateproind@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India in the manner the Board prescribes.
Languages
This notice is available in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi on WhatsApp at the moment we ask for your consent, and in any of the languages in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution on request.
